True Brands is a rapidly growing consumer goods company that specializes in designing and distributing unique, high-quality products for the home bar, wine, and gift industries. We’re currently seeking an experienced Influencer & Partnership Marketing Manager who can lead our influencer marketing initiatives and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, paid PR and affiliate marketing programs to enhance brand visibility, drive growth, and bring the elegance of our brands to life.
Reporting to the DTC Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and driving sales through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with influencers, content creators, and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing initiatives, track trends, and identify opportunities for growth. Your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for digital marketing will contribute to True Brands' success in expanding our online presence and increasing revenue.
This position will be based out of our centrally located Seattle office in a hybrid role, and will be expected to be available for frequent in-person meetings to complete the required duties of the role.
About the Role
Influencer Management:
- Identify and research potential influencers and content creators aligned with our brand and target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and agreements for collaborations.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content is on-brand and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, companies, and organizations.
- Create and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with brand values.
- Plan and execute collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand exposure and engagement.
Paid PR Campaigns:
- Develop and execute paid PR campaigns in collaboration with external agencies or PR partners.
- Monitor the performance of PR campaigns, measuring reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Manage the budget for paid PR activities and provide reports on ROI.
Affiliate Marketing:
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs, recruiting affiliates and optimizing partnerships.
- Develop commission structures, promotional materials, and tracking mechanisms for affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance and report on program success.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing software and analytics tools.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
