We are currently seeking a driven and organized Influencer and Partner Marketing Coordinator, to work hybrid out of our offices in Van Nuys.
Job Description:
The Influencer and Partner Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in growing and acquiring new partnerships, directly impacting sales and integration opportunities for Artkive. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for outreach, fostering new partnerships, spreading awareness of Artkive and any new Arktive products, reaching out and managing influencer Collaborations and serving as the main contact for influencers and partners working with Artkive.
Job Duties:
Manage partnerships with schools, organizers and organizations that want to promote us
Identify and connect with potential influencers and partners
Develop, manage and execute integrations with outside influencers and partners.
Manage donation requests.
Work with schools on fundraising opportunities.
Ensure all partners/influencers have the appropriate affiliate and referral links.
Seek out new partnerships that let us tap into new audiences
Manage orders for our influencers/organizers
Ensure partners and influencers follow through on posting and promoting commitments.
Support outreach and marketing efforts for new products
Required Skills:
Creative and resourceful approach to identifying potential partners
Is very persistent and willing to take extreme initiative on creating relationships with influencers/partners
Good writing skills
Very familiar with TikTok and Instagram, quickly able to assess how strong the following of an account is
Attention to detail. Detailed and organized to track partners and outreach efforts.
Good communication skills, able to make connections over email.
Job Details:
$24 - $26 hourly.
This is full-time role, eligible for all company benefits including dental, medical, vision, PTO, corporate holidays and 401(k).
Hybrid position requiring 3 days working out of our Van Nuys Offices.
The core of our current business is the Artkive Box service, where a parent orders a box, fills it with their children's artwork, and ships it to our Los Angeles-based facility to be photographed and preserved. We employ 50+ photographers, photo editors, and book designers, who use our tools and technology to create the high-quality product and service that our customers expect.
We also recently launched Lifekive, a new brand which expands our offerings in the memory space. With Lifekive, customers send in their photos and artifacts to be archived and curated to tell the story of a lifetime.
