We are currently seeking Infant/Toddler Teachers. We have an incredible curriculum but allow you the freedom and creativity to bring your ideas to life while leading students on an exciting hands-on, minds-on adventure promoting school readiness.  As a preschool teacher, you have the unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for later educational success. 

Title: Infant / Toddler (Lead/Assistant) Teacher

Salary: From $11.00 to $15.00 per hour

Age Group: 

 - Lead teacher (12 to 18 Months)

 - Assistant teacher (12 to 24 Months)

Job Type: Full-Time

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements: 

• THE DESIRE AND COMMITMENT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others
• Minimum 6 months experience in a child care setting (licensed or church-based) 
• A professional, positive attitude 
• 18 years of age or older, with the minimum of an HS Diploma or GED 
• Ability to pass a background check, medical clearance, and child abuse and neglect clearance 
• Dependable and reliable transportation and a strong attendance history 
• Desire to obtain Child Development Associate (CDA) within 6 months of hire 
• Classroom duties include but are not limited to planning/implementing the adopted curriculum and supplementing with hands-on, play-based activities, helping students with eating, diapering/toileting, maintaining an orderly classroom through the use of classroom management techniques, maintaining a clean and compliant classroom, updating parents through the parent engagement app.
• Ability to stand for long periods, frequent walking sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and see and hear all children at all times. THIS IS a PHYSICALLY ACTIVE role!
• Loving, patient demeanor with children and an approachable attitude toward parents and coworkers 
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. 
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, hours between 6:30am - 5:45pm
