Our client, a successful manufacturer, is seeking a Industrial Service Manager to manage their service projects
Responsibilities:
Manage Service Projects around the world, coordinate company’s resources for
best utilization; continue to refine and implement processes to best serve
customer. Develop standard procedures and training programs for on site
technicians.
Lead and Manage (3) Technical Service Account Mangers and (1) Admin
Coordinate Job completion with design engineering, application engineering and
manufacturing teams
Main source of technical expertise on customer service issues; Develop and
Coordinate Integrated Technology for proposed Systems Solutions
Understand and Communicate customer requirements to our internal teams and
outside partners
Determine solutions and create sales proposals for customer service needs
Coordinate with the Factory Production Team to verify manufacturing
deliverables for Service Projects are on time and providing efficient and
successful result for successful completion.
Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty using a proactive process based
approach resulting in planned regular customer contact as well as improved
service levels
