You will serve as an Industrial Property Management Specialist in the Government Property Management , Business Directorate of SUPERVISOR OF SHIPBUILDING BATH.
Salary range will depend on the location:
San Diego, CA:
GS-11: $78,307 to $101,796
GS-12: $93,858 to $122,016
Mayport, FL; Marinette, WI; Sturgeon Bay, WI:
GS-11: $69,107 to $89,835
GS-12: $82,830 to $107,680
Bath, ME:
GS-11: $77,738 to $101,055
GS-12: $93,175 to $107,680Qualifications: For the GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating surveillance and control of the contractor's management of government property.
For the GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing contractor's procurement to determine requirements, use, or consumption of government property.

Education may be substituted for GS-11 experience as follows:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent graduate degree.

Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree
