We are actively recruiting for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service position in the central Arkansas area. In this Inside Sales Support role, you will be the voice of the company. You will need to provide superb Customer Service to our clients while supporting company processes. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions as you work closely with customers to answer general inquiries, resolve issues, and handle any customer complaints. You also spend time providing quotes to customers, checking order and shipping status, and accurately completing data entry for the office.

Your experience & knowledge must include electric motors & parts and electromechanical parts. As the Inside Sales/ Customer Service person, you’ll need to be an effective communicator. You’ll be communicating with:

· Clients – both their equipment end users and their support staff

· Your Support Staff

· Your Maintenance Team

· Your Management Team.

You will only have one manager, but you’ll be the person EVERYONE comes to for answers!

Minimum requirements for this Industrial Sales position:

· At least 3 years’ experience in industrial sales such as electric motors, electromechanical parts

· Able to build relationships and sell

· Ability to work without direct supervision

· Excellent verbal and written communication and able to multi-task effectively

· Able to provide excellent Customer Service to new and current customers

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
