This position is remote during the 16-week returnship program. The goal of this program is to hire individuals who were successful throughout the program duration. A full-time offer will be remote.

The Logic Technology Development Factory Infrastructure (LTD FI) Team has opportunities for individuals to be a part of enabling Intel's future manufacturing capabilities and roadmap. LTD FI is looking for Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineers, and Electrical Engineers to be responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining optimized equipment-based capacity models, business processes, layout designs and installation/facilities designs to enable affordable future factories and technology conversions.

Within the team there are multiple functions required to enable our current and future Fabs for the latest and most complex manufacturing tools and processes. We are often the first to engage on new or unique facility systems, new tool platform evaluation and installation design, and building and facility system capacity expansion. We partner with various organizations including factory personnel, facility operations, industrial engineering and the worldwide construction organization to define and deliver leading edge cost optimized solutions. On the Ronler Acres Site we are the factory representative for construction projects. Throughout the virtual factory network we are relied on for our expertise to enable site optimized solutions.

We are looking people with the below behavioral traits:

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Candidates must have been out of the paid technical workforce for at least one year

- You should have at least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or related technical field, with 3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas:

+ Designing equipment layout and workflow

+ Creating and manipulating objects in AutoCAD, dynamic block development or BIM/3DExperience with developing AutoCAD scripts using languages such as VB.NET

+ Developing, validating and summarizing equipment performance data for capacity modeling and analysis

+ Documenting, training and reviewing/auditing the implementation of work product that you generate

+ Leading small projects in a factory environment.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

+ Model development and validation

+ Python

+ Linear Programming

+ Power BI/Tableau

+ VBA, SQL and/or Python programming is a plus

+ Designing equipment layout and workflow

+ Developing validating and summarizing equipment performance data for capacity modeling and analysis

+ Documenting training and reviewing auditing the implementation of that material

Inside this Business Group

Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
