Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support for the Enterprise Labor Management System in assigned divisions
- Develop, update, and analyze corporate labor standards
- Conduct time studies and document them using EASE Software
- Suggest process changes to enhance work methods
- Evaluate new equipment and process modifications
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MTM1 and MTM2
- Experience in time studies and labor standard setting
- Familiarity with EASE Industrial Engineering Software Platform
- Background in retail industry
