Industrial Custodian

JANITOR - Part-time, 1st shift schedule, five to six hours a day.

CLARINDA, IA

The janitorial team member is responsible for cleaning buildings, sanitizing, removing debris and keeping areas neat and clean in a professional manner.

We are part of Novae Corp., the second largest trailer manufacturer in the United States!

Essential Job Duties:

• Sanitize common areas using disinfectant
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean and supply restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
• Ability to work in a team and embrace a team culture
• Motivated and self-driven to complete tasks
