Indoor Tier 1 Cannabis Grower

We are a Tier 1 Indoor Farm located in Salem. We are looking for a passionate and experienced (2+ years) individual to join our dedicated team in the role of Indoor Cultivation Technician.

Position Overview: As an Indoor Cultivation Technician, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our cannabis grow. We are seeking candidates who not only have a strong understanding of the basics of cultivation but also bring valuable experience and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivation Expertise: Candidates must have prior growing experience (at least two years), demonstrating a deep understanding of the cultivation process. This includes knowledge of planting, feeding, trimming, and harvesting cannabis plants.

Maintenance Skills: While maintenance experience is preferred, candidates with a knack for troubleshooting and ensuring the health of our plants will be highly regarded.

Reliability and Eagerness to Learn: We value team members who are dependable and willing to continually expand their knowledge and skills in cannabis cultivation. Adaptability and a passion for learning are essential traits.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Daily cleaning and sanitation of the cultivation area are crucial to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

Valid Driver's License: A driver's license is required for this position, as some responsibilities may involve transportation of plants or supplies.

OLCC License: Candidates should possess a OLCC license to comply with state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
