Supports range operation by greeting the public, providing information, collecting fees, maintaining security, keeping records, database entry, and maintenance/cleaning of facility; all other related work as required.

Examples of duties/responsibilities
Greets public and provides information as needed. Checks for current range permits. Gathers proper information and responsible for the issuing of range permits and/or guest permits including waivers of liability. Collects fees for range permits and/or guest permits. Monitors range use for safe operation. Helps with maintaining safety at the range and assists with educating the guest on the rules and regulations of the Shooting Range. Maintains a daily sign-in sheet, records permits sold and monies collected. Provides general maintenance and cleaning tasks at the facility. Assists with signups and provides information on various class offerings.
Minimum qualifications
Ability to communicate with the public in an effective manner. Ability to follow procedures and enforce regulations. Knowledge of operations of the range and procedures associated with the range. Ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to remain calm in emergency situations, communicating quickly and effectively to assist in providing emergency response if needed. Ability to work independently. Ability to use computer and various software programs include database entry and creating/using spreadsheets.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
