Indoor Cycling Instructor, Hot Yoga Instructor, or Kickboxing Instructor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness classes in one or more of the following disciplines including kickboxing, yoga, or Indoor Cycling
- Design and implement effective and engaging group fitness workout for clients
- Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure safety and maximize results
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve to put in their max effort every class
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Be encouraging and welcoming to members

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in kickboxing, yoga, cycle, or other relevant disciplines
- Previous experience in fitness sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and fitness levels
- Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Understanding of heart rate based training
- Certification in group fitness instruction is preferred, personal training certification is ideal
- Sports coaching or dance background is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
