Form of workPSECU, a high-tech progressive financial institution with more than $8 billion in assets, is seeking an Indirect Loan Processor to processes vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants completing loan funding. Assists with handling dealer and member inquiries as they relate to all aspects of the indirect lending program.

Schedule: Monday-Friday – 9am-5pm. This is a hybrid schedule working remotely with minimum onsite expectation of 20%.
Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)
Candidate must be bondable and credit worthy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position:
- Verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
- Follows up with dealerships, members, and other necessary individuals to acquire required information to complete membership, loan processing, and loan funding.
- Communicate with members, auto dealerships to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing.
- Provides detailed comments in reference to conversations with members and dealers concerning all loans.
- Maintains positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to avoid recurring funding delays.
- Provides support on technical and policy related inquiries from members and program participants.
- Qualifies vehicles for value.
- Cross-serves and provides general information on credit union products and policies.
