Indexing Coordinator

• Scan driver trip sheets daily.
• Index all Walmart documents.
• Bookkeeping duties, including posting data and recording of shipments.
• Answer inquiries regarding POD’s, BOL’s and other documentation with proof of delivery.
• Identify and resolve system discrepancies.
• Review purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips to ensure accuracy.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to the minute details.
• Alert MIS of any document issues, missing/low document count, etc. 
• Message drivers as needed for required documentation.
• Email internal employees for additional information regarding loads.

• High school diploma or equivalent, paired with relevant professional experience.
• Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs.
• Demonstrates an "All In to Win" attitude and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.
