We are seeking a self-motivated IndeVets Success Advisor to support the Company's partner hospital relationships and align associate IndeVets scheduling desires with existing or potential hospital shifts. This person will report to the VP of Hospital Success with the goals of communicating and identifying new IndeVet doctor & partner hospital staffing needs in existing and expansion markets. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of customer service and/or tele-sales in animal health and/or staffing industries. This is a great position for an independent professional looking to grow his or her career with a fast-paced, innovative veterinary staffing company.

Essential Duties:

  • Establish relationships with new and existing Partner Hospitals to add shifts which align with candidate scheduling desires.
  • Build rapport with partner hospitals to provide excellent customer service
  • Act as the liaison with candidates in the interview process, reducing the "air in the system" and time to hire metric, by functioning as the candidate's "go to" person.
  • Identify & Partner with new hospitals based on IndeVet candidate unique scheduling wants and needs
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Recruiter to ensure candidate information is up-to-date in the Company's ATS system.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual partner hospital objectives
  • Communicate the IndeVet solution through phone, email, and on-site visits to IndeVet doctors and target client hospitals
  • Support the Company's partner hospital relationships and align associate IndeVets scheduling desires with existing or potential hospital shifts.
  • As needed, attend marketing events such as trade shows, local and regional CE, and meet-ups where the direct result is qualified candidates enter the interview funnel and/or new Partner Hospitals are added
  • Utilize the company's customer relationship management software to track all interactions with customers
  • Plan and explore new, innovative ways to identify, connect and support IndeVets

Qualification Requirements:

  • 1+ years in customer service or similar role. Animal health experience strongly preferred
  • Superior communications skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office, CRM technology experience a plus
  • Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field
