Independent Lead Courier Raleigh and Surrounding Areas

Delivery & Distribution Solutions is looking for part time independent contractor Lead Couriers for local operation & parcel deliveries.

Expectations

• Delivery & Distribution Solutions expectations of drivers are able to engage in transport for 8+ hours per day in addition to handling pre and post trip unit inspections. Our drivers are expected to report in a timely fashion, clean and in uniform (work boots), and maintain communication with the dispatch office regarding any shorts, returns, or other delivery issues. Physical health is also critical to our drivers so they can effectively perform actions necessary to complete the transport of products.
• Prime candidate is someone who is reliable to open and close the warehouse, working with the Site Manager sorting freight, and problem-solving route codes and dispatching for contractors.
• To ensure all packages are delivered same day to keep our expectation and guarantee. That means running routes occasionally when a driver is not available.
• Support the Site Manger and Area Manager in all areas of operational capacities for transparency and thoroughness.

To be considered, you must be familiar with the Raleigh and Surrounding Areas(including but not limited to Durham, Chapel Hill, Knightdale. Goldsboro, Wake Forest, Burlington, Wilson, Roxboro and other Surrounding Areas). We require that potential candidates have a clean driving record, clear background check, late model vehicle, and a smartphone.

We highly recommend that your place of residence is near the areas listed above for accessibility and time management.

Potentially earnings upwards to $1090 / Week plus.
