Independent Contractor/Driver

Dash Express, a leading provider of e-Commerce, "Final Mile" delivery & installation services, is now seeking Independent Dock Truck drivers to join our fleet of professional delivery drivers.

This position is Full-Time, Routed Work, Mon-Fri, around the Twin Cities Metro Area. We often have routes that cover outside of the metro as well so must be able to accommodate both. We are looking for individuals who currently own their own Dock Truck.

Our delivery drivers average $95k-$150k per year.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Checking your daily loads for accuracy before leaving the dock
• Delivering freight to both residential and commercial locations
• Using a 2-wheel dolly and/or pallet jack to unload freight at client locations
• Performing freight transfers and working with forwarders
• Making certain that deliveries are performed within pre-scheduled delivery windows.
• Updating our driver app in real-time as you progress through each step of a delivery

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Reliable, on-time and able to manage & meet delivery deadlines
• Reasonable knowledge of Twin Cities street system
• Professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Reasonably clean driving record.
• 21 or older with a valid drivers license
