Job Description

We are looking for committed, experienced and passionate residential and commercial cleaning professionals to keep up with our fast-growing need. We pay our cleaners weekly! (unless other arrangements have been discussed)

Our cleaners can potentially earn $400 to $800 plus 100% of tips a week based on scheduling and availability.

Primary Responsibilities

· Perform cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces such as standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings.

· Perform cleanings for vacation rentals.

· Perform post-event and post-construction cleanings.

· Work with our dispatch and operations team to successfully complete cleaning jobs, while maintaining high customer satisfaction

· Uphold strict confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy while working in their spaces.

· Maintain regular and good communication with our office, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.

· Ensure timely arrival and completion of the cleaning services, adhering to the scope of work specified for each type of cleaning.

Primary Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a residential and commercial setting.

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

· Must have and be able to use a smartphone and daily access to the internet and reliable transportation.

· Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as company policies and procedures.

· General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.

· A valid driver's license is required for travel between cleaning assignments.

· Must have or be willing to get liability insurance.

· Independent Contractors must have basic cleaning supplies for the job (Company will provide specialty equipment and additional supplies, as needed)

· Must be authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check.

· Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

· Flexibility to be on-call. We occasionally receive urgent requests that must be resolved same-day.

· Work independently as a contractor or in a team

· Flexible hours – cleanings are scheduled Monday – Saturday (you can expect between 12-40 hours a week)

o Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

o Saturdays (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

o Sundays (appointment only) – as needed.

Language: Must be fluent in English (reading and writing) - Bilingual is a plus!

Work Location: On the road and wherever the need takes us!

Work area: Primary area is Phoenix Metropolitan. However, we cover most of the state of Arizona. That means occasional travel to areas such as Tuscan and its surrounding areas.
