Indeed Advertising Strategist Manager

As an Indeed Advertising Specialist , you will be the driving force behind our company-wide Indeed advertising efforts. We are seeking a high-level professional who has a proven track record of managing and optimizing Indeed ads for major corporations such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or similar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multitude of Indeed ads across the entire organization, staying on top of the latest algorithmic changes, and ensuring the highest level of visibility for our job postings.

Responsibilities:

• Company-Wide Indeed Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive company-wide strategy for Indeed advertising to attract top talent.
• Campaign Management: Oversee and manage multiple Indeed ads simultaneously, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and innovations within the Indeed platform. Implement new strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Indeed ads. Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR and hiring managers, to understand recruitment needs and tailor Indeed campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Indeed Advertising Specialist, preferably with a background in managing campaigns for large, well-known companies.
• In-depth knowledge of Indeed's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to the dynamic landscape of online recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
