We are looking for an enthusiastic, seasoned General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations within the incubator and guide these entrepreneurs to success.

Responsibilities:
We're seeking an energetic, self-driven individual with a minimum of 4+ years of restaurant management or ownership experience, particularly in front-of-house operations. Your adeptness in navigating the complexities of Proof's incubator and your expertise in staffing, operational coordination, event management, vendor relations, and daily service execution will be paramount.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Operations Mastery: Oversee incubator facility activities, manage tenant usage efficiently, and ensure compliance while enhancing communication between tenants and staff.
Bar and Space Management: Coordinate bar and event activities, elevate customer experiences, and collaborate on retail sections within the space.
Guest Engagement: Foster community outreach, plan events, and curate retail offerings to create a vibrant and engaging environment.
Alignment: Work closely with Proof to ensure the incubator's operations align with community needs and contribute to the success of our culinary entrepreneurs.
