The Job


 The Inbound Administrator at evo is responsible for efficiently processing carrier and packslip information into the warehouse management system. This role involves troubleshooting purchase order issues, validating EDI information, and monitoring compliance with evo shipping standards. The Inbound Administrator serves as a crucial liaison between the final processing of our products and various operational departments, including Distribution Center, Merchandising, Retail, Technology, and Accounting teams.

The Opportunity

  • Accurately enter and maintain all freight shipments into our WMS system 
  • Provide valuable operational support from the receiving dock to the production lines. 
  • Maintain continuous, open, clear, and actionable communication with DC leadership, Customer Care staff, Accounting, and Merchandising teams. 
  • Track and communicate pre-order status, shipment resolutions, purchase order (PO) status, and prioritizations. 
  • Validation of the exceptions process 
  • Proactively engage with vendors to ensure that shipments are received accurately and efficiently. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard work processes and guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with the DC leadership team to identify, develop, and enhance standard work processes. 
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

The Must Haves  

  • A basic understanding and/or knowledge of Parcel Scanners 
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and organization.
  • Demonstrates an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • A collaborative mindset to solve problems.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Keen attention to detail, and ability to develop a sense of the big picture. 
  • Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 30lbs. Must be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods in an 8 hour day.

The Nice to Haves 

  •  High School diploma preferred.  
  •  Inventory Management Software skills a plus.
