Tasks
- Present, promote and sell GBS Group services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Will prepare and follow-up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.
- Ensure that cross-selling efforts are being made. Thus, following up with one business unit client that might be interested in other business unit’s services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, with detailed information on customer contacts.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Use evaluation tools and clients’ experiences to improve company processes and help to transform existing processes.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of business priorities and proactively manage time in a way that promotes productivity and efficiency
- Other activities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- A multitasker and problem solver with confidence and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and professionalism at all times.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Doc and Sheets)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree, not required but preferred
- Communication Skills: Able to adapt different communication styles, tailoring and anticipating lead needs effectively. Ability to speak and write clearly and informatively, listen and get clarification, and respond well to questions while at the same time demonstrating genuine interest in helping the lead achieve their goals.
- Sales Skills: Clients' interests are treated as the top priority, high engagement with leads that translates to a higher conversion rate. Ability to empathize with the lead or existing client and make them feel at ease that their concerns will be addressed to the best of our ability
- Interpersonal Skills: Knowledge in solving conflicts, maintaining confidentiality, active listening, remaining open to others’ ideas, empathy, and emotional intelligence
- Relationship Building Skills: Ability to make leads and existing clients feel comfortable and they are being served according to their needs, reaching and exceeding their expectations, therefore there will be a future business with them
- Sales Tool Skills: Knowledge in utilizing the CRM and other sales tools to the best of its ability. Keeping data/information updated. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, training, improvements and technologies. to improve the company’s efficiency.
