JOB MISSION:
Manage Inbound Logistics processes and ensure goods are delivered quickly and efficiently to our Distribution Centers; drive cost efficiencies and process improvements.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure we are meeting our supply chain objectives.
- Ensure all ETAs are updated in all relevant systems. (XPC/Aurora) – Training to be provided for internal systems.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarder(s) to ensure all purchase orders are going to achieve ETAs prior to shipment.
- Enhance system availability (Project 44) and integrations to provide best in class information.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- 5+ related experience, BA/BS preferred in a logistics related field.
- Proven track record in logistics management and experience in developing and overseeing operational plans.
- Systems orientated, proactive, detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities is essential.
- Willingness to learn; must be proactive and self-starter.
- Dynamic communicator. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; organizational skills to manage products in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Occasional Domestic and International travel may be required.
