Inbound Customer Service Representative

The salary for this position is Hourly + Quarterly Commission + OT (Time and a half)

The Onboarding Specialist is a vital part of our Customer Success team as onboarding is a crucial part of our customer's journey with Storyboard That. Anyone with experience as a Customer Service Representative or has a background in education encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Call and email paid customers to ensure successful onboarding and monitor health scores of accounts responsible for.
• Ensure accounts are provisioned with all necessary users
• Educate customers with product demonstrations and materials
• Complete privacy and vendor contracts necessary for product adoption.
• Work directly with sales to identify expansion and upgrade opportunities

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree or higher
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, sales or customer success; experience in education or Ed Tech companies preferred
• A strong problem-solver with analytical skills to help customers overcome barriers and maximize the use of Storyboard That.
• Socially and emotionally intelligent
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong work ethic and a competitive desire to win as a team

Hybrid Work Model:
The office is physically located in Needham, Ma - you are expected to work Monday and Wednesday in the office. Computer, monitor, keyboard, etc. provided to ensure you may successfully work from home Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
