Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• Strong proficiency in utilizing current technology
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships with customers through empathy and patience
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively foster relationships with new customers
• Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle Inbound Calls with ease, focusing on upgrading services, offering promotions, and retaining customers
• Become a knowledge expert on ATD Roofing & Services offered to provide accurate information to customers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies regarding consumer confidential information
• Utilize roofing software to prepare online quotes and estimates for customers
• Encourage clients to share their experiences via social media platforms to enhance brand reputation
• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization
