Inbound Call Center Sales -Split Shift- Hourly Plus Commission!

In business for over 51 years, Cruise America is looking for qualified Reservations Sales Agents and co-owners to join our stable, Employee-Owned company. This position is working in our Headquarters, located in Mesa, AZ. We have immediate openings, so tell us how YOU can improve our team!

SALES SUMMARY:

A Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for booking new reservations from customers worldwide and assisting customers with changes to existing reservations.

SPLIT SHIFT SCHEDULE:

• Split shift – 6:30am – 10:30am (4hrs) return for 4:30pm – 8:30pm (4hrs)
• Scheduled Hours can be flexible

Need flexible shift times? Start early in the morning work 4 hours have the rest of the day to run errands go to appointments, school meetings, school classes etc. ! Then come back and finish the rest of your shift. Full 40 hour work week! This allows more flexibility in your schedule!

SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Tiered hourly pay plan $18 - $20 per hour, PLUS Commissions per booking. Average annual range $45K - $52K.

· Ask for the sale and book new reservations.

· Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations.

· Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management.

· At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls.

SALES QUALIFICATIONS:

· Two handed typing with enough accuracy/speed to maneuver keyboard while handling phone call and/or chat.

· Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details.

· Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required.

CURRENT NEEDS:

We are a 24/7 department, but currently overnight hours are not needed. Current shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently; no minimum WPM required. All qualified candidates will be required to take a drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) and are subject to a background check. Walk-ins welcome!

Education and/or Experience

High School or equivalent diploma required.

Work Environment

The working conditions are normal for a Call Center environment.
