As an In-Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing expert advice and guidance on wireless products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, and plans
- Assisting customers with account set-up, upgrades, activations, and troubleshooting
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Staying up-to-date with the latest wireless technology trends and product launches
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service, preferably in wireless products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
