As an In-Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing expert advice and guidance on wireless products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, and plans
• Assisting customers with account set-up, upgrades, activations, and troubleshooting
• Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Staying up-to-date with the latest wireless technology trends and product launches

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service, preferably in wireless products and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
