In-Store Merchandiser

 Accepts goals set by Managers, extends self to build on strengths and improve on weaknesses.  Demonstrates initiative, interest in job, desire to learn.  Applies creativity and imagination in crafting compelling Store displays and when problem-solving merchandising challenges. Makes good independent decisions.  Develops and implements merchandising strategies based on product sell-through, fluctuating assortment, knowledge of top selling items and seasonal changes.  Demonstrates a passion for fashion, staying up to date with the latest trends and sharing knowledge with others.  Exhibits self-motivation, consistency and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
