IN STORE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE'S NEEDED! WE OFFER COMPETITIVE WEEKLY SALARY PLUS TRAINING!
Due to a recent merger with one of our biggest clients, our client base has just doubled. Thus, we are in need of Management Trainee's who can ultimately move up and become part of our amazing managerial team.
About Elite Acquisitions Solutions:
Fortune 500 clients outsource Elite Acquisitions to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. Our niche is face to face marketing, retail sales, and over customer relations. No other form of interaction can deliver such consistent and quality results (hence our continued growth). We offer paid training and are looking for professional candidates who are team players to advance within our company.
We plan to triple in size again within the next year. We will only invest our time and training resources into those who will contribute to this growth. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. Compensation has a base hourly wage plus additional bonuses and incentives.
Entry level Management Trainees will work and be fully trained in the following areas:
• Face to Face Customer Interaction
• Marketing/Promotions
• Team Management
• Campaign Management
• Territory Assignments
• Teaching and Development of Subordinates
Qualifications
Requirements:
No Experience Necessary! We offer fully paid one-on-one training! However, Successful candidates must be:
