All the office clerk jobs include the office Customer Service via phone and email and other general office duties that allow the company to function day-to-day in an efficient and timely manner. 1. An office clerk for taking care of accounting.

2. An office clerk for taking care of payroll, taxes and other work for maintaining business and office, and some work relating to inventory controls. Preferably a Japanese speaker as the job may involve communication with the Japan head office.
