Purpose of Position/Summary:
Assist in creation of Mine Subsidence experience reports.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Gather and organize company premium and claim reports to create Mine Subsidence Excel experience reports.
Take direction from P&C Actuary in creating and formatting Mine Subsidence experience reports.
Job Requirements:
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications and varous software packages including but not limited to
Excel and Outlook.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:

Difficulty of Work:
Work will involve reviewing company and premium claim reports and transferring information to create experience reports. Some judgment will be required to ensure that submitted information is accurate and appropriate before it is added to the experience reports.
Responsibility:
Must exercise judgment on a daily basis ensuring project timelines and criteria are met. Refers unusual issues to supervisor for clarification or resolution consistent with project requirements.
Personal Work Relationships:
Will work directly with the P&C Actuary and may interact with the Chief Actuary, the Chief Deputy Commissioner of Compliance and Actuarial Services, and Legal employees.
Physical Effort:
Work is performed in an office/cubicle setting with limited amount(s) of physical demands. Duties include writing, typing, research etc. Some lifting and carrying of files, boxes of documents, etc.
