Job Description:
The In-House Product Photographerwill join the creative team in support of all product and lifestyle photography. They will work to help ensure product photography of all new incoming product is completed to the highest standards and is delivered on-time as requested. They will also work closely with the Marketing team in support of content for use on social media and newsletters.
This is an entry level position joining an enthusiastic team where you will be part of the growth and creative direction of the company while collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Marketing teams, and others within the AQI family.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create content with an exceptional experience for the viewer.
· Execute high quality photographs regardless of site location.
· Collaborates with Marketing, Design, R&D and Sales Departments.
· Manage and maintain a tight schedule based on department demands.
· Management of own photography sessions.
· Post processing of photographs.
· Archive images and organize files ready for submission to appropriate teams.
· Maintaining and manage photography equipment and studio equipment.
· Superb communications skills.
· Drives towards continuous improvement and creative solutions.
· Ability to size images and color settings for the web, social media, and print.
· Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots.
· Proficiency with photos editing software such as Adobe Suite.
· Knowledge of Capture One a plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Firm handle on photography studio, its environment, and its processes.
· Knowledge of trending photography techniques.
· Maintain high standards for creative output.
· Strong work ethic.
· Knowledge of DSLR and natural lighting, indoor, studio lighting techniques.
· Comfortable with videography and production with knowledge of editing software is a plus.
