Exercise Instructor (Full-Time Position)

We are working on launching a unique workout experience through our new workout app. If you want the opportunity to be the next super star trainer in the fitness industry, this is the job for you!

We are looking for Exercise Instructors to build a one-of-a-kind workout experience through our trainer led workout videos. We want Instructors who are energetic, motivating, and have a passion for delivering an exceptional workout experience.

Instructors will program and deliver guided workouts using our treadmills, rowers, exercise bikes, ellipticals, mini steppers, strength equipment, as well as bodyweight and flexibility training. They will also assist in overseeing workout assignment, programming, form, and equipment fit during contract trainer and model photo and video shoots.

Off the camera, our Instructors should be passionate about sharing their field knowledge to help motivate and instruct Sunny customers. We are looking for Instructors to assist our marketing team to create engaging social media content, write informational health & fitness articles, and provide fitness expertise for marketing copy.

Responsibilities:

• Passion for helping people live their healthiest life.
• Program and lead on-camera workout videos for a variety of fitness levels using Sunny Health & Fitness equipment
• Assist with filming workouts, programming, form/technique corrections, for part-time contract trainers.
• Create and maintain needed social media and marketing content for Sunny Health & Fitness channels
• Write science-based informational health & fitness articles for the Sunny Health & Fitness website
• Oversee exercise form and equipment fitting for models during photo and video shoots
• Collaborate with team to provide detailed work plans, schedules, estimates and reports for assigned tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• BS in Kinesiology or Exercise Science (REQUIRED) and/or 3 year of personal trainer/group fitness instructor experience and/or exercise instructor.
• (PREFERRED) Professional certification from any of the following: (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSA, ACM, ANSI, NCEP, AFAA)
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Capable of demonstrating exercises with good form

Salary: OPEN, depending on experience, extremely competitive in the market!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
