Form of workGroup Management Services is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented and self driven individual to step into our newest In House Attorney role based out of our Richfield, OH headquarters.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and guidance to supervisors, staff, and client organizations
- Advise on GMS contract administration, risk management, regulatory matters, workers' compensation and various other concerns associated with a Professional Employer Organization
- Advise HR Client Services team on complex client issues relating to human resources
- Monitor development in federal laws such as ADA, FMLA, EEOC, HIPAA and FLSA to counsel GMS staff appropriately
- Manage overall HIPAA security
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited law school and a member of the Ohio Bar is required;
- Related experience of 5-10 years preferably in employment law and contract law;
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable
