Kayl Heating & Air is seeking a sales professional to schedule and meet with clients in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable. The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. Industry experience is highly preferred! If you enjoy working with people providing them with product and service which you can stand behind then this may be the opportunity for you. Work hours will include some evenings and weekend work.
Job Title:In Home Sales / Comfort Advisor
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Comfort Consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Evenings and Weekends availability required.
Pay Scale: Base salary, commissions and spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+

Primary Job Function: Comfort Consultant's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory. You will be educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Desire to earn $100K+
