In-Home Sales Consultant

We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to help our residential customers turn their bathroom dreams into reality across our Westchester territory.

At Bath Fitter, we provide quality leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. This is a full-time sales position with W2 Bath Fitter Installers, ensuring your job stability and security. We offer comprehensive benefits and unwavering support, including paid training, business cards, promotional materials, tools, and assistance from our amazing office team, just to name a few!

Responsibilities:

· Develop designs and specifications for customers' dream bathrooms.

· Calculate material specifications and costs.

· Build and maintain strong client and fellow consultant relationships.

· Prepare visuals and documentation for client presentations.

· Handle cash transactions.

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Previous in-home selling experience is a plus.

· Must have a valid, clean driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

· Must have world-class customer service.

· Paid training and ramp up period for the first 90 days with continued coaching and mentorship. Our In-Home Sales Consultants earn an average of $9,100/month.
