We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our healthcare team. As a CNA/Caregiver, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
