What you’ll be doing:
- Provide direct care and support to seniors, children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Help clients with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and cooking.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and safety
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma / G.E.D. or greater
- Cell phone required
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Clean criminal background
- Previous experience as a Caregiver In Homes or senior communities is a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
