SalaryInternational Quality Homecare is seeking part-time working up to full-time Homemaker Aides to work with clients in Lake Crystal, Madelia, St. James, Truman & Mankato and the surrounding area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The Caregiver is responsible for light housekeeping duties, attendant care services, concierge, and companionship as defined by individual client needs. The homemaker helps to keep the client’s home clean and may assist with personal care as indicated in the client’s care plan.
Essential Job Function
- Performs homemaking activities which include but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed lines, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom.
- Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
- May need to assist the clients with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, grooming, eating, ambulation, and dressing
- Carefully follows client care plan at all times when providing homecare services.
All tasks in the client care plan and as assigned by the Supervisor.
