In Home Caregiver

Looking for a part time In Home Caregiver in Lincoln Park. This is a smoke free home and no pets! The client is an easy going gentlemen with physical disability only - no cognitive challenges. He does use a wheelchair. There is IMMEDIATE availability to get started next week. Evening hours are available, if you want.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide routine individualized care for the client following a plan of care
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing, light housecleaning and assist with meal prep

QUALIFICATIONS

• Caregiving mentality
• Ability to utilize an electronic timekeeping system
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in caregiving (informal OR formal)
• Experience transferring a patient preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 18 years old

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.53 per hour
