In Home Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfer as required

Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards individuals with physical or cognitive limitations

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including lifting or assisting with transfers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
