SalaryWANTED CAREGIVER! For a male client who will be picked up from home at 10:15am and taken 3.3 miles to dialysis on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Client is then picked up from dialysis and then taken back home. Caregiver will assist client with bathing then provide light housekeeping, meal prep and some errand running when necessary. This is not a hard job, it's a HEART job.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
- Assist with personal care
- Companionship
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed
