Requirements
- Minimum (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse, required
- Valid RN license in state of Wisconsin, required
- Experience with in-home care, initial assessments, reassessments and weekly care as needed according to patient needs, required
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance and reliable transportation, required
- Available 50-55 hours PER MONTH, more as business increases
- Hourly rate: $35-40/hr plus mileage reimbursement
