In-Home Care Providers

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Escort clients to appointments or outings as required
- Follow all resident rights policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation assistance if required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules

Pay: $21.51 - $23.98 per hour
