We are looking for an innovator in the kitchen who prefers to set trends rather than follow them!
The Line cook is an instrumental part of the concept creation and menu execution at the highest standard. We look for leaders who can inspire their team members to believe in the experiences they are creating. Our goal as a company is to create great environments for exceptional experiences.
Line cooks are responsible for daily operations of kitchen, station production and daily growth, execution of live checklist and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of high volume kitchen operations
- Ability to run all kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety
- Skill in cooking, execution and plating
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures
- Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 150 lbs.
