- Directs and coordinates all in bounds (foreign and domestic) - FGI and Component shipments into the Carlisle facility
Major Responsibilities
- Schedules inbound loads both domestic and import to include customer returns.
- Performs proper receipts for FGI / COMP materials into the site/sites
- Perform necessary corrections within the appropriate ERP system/s
- Collaborate with IC team to ensure proper item set up and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with 3rd party unloading services to ensure timely and accurate unloading of foreign import containers
- Collaborate with task desk regarding scheduling and yard management reports
- Provides weekly/monthly reports to the leadership team.
- Performs various receipts of the inbound orders.
- Creates and supplies ASN's to receive product.
- Monitors and tracks import containers - timely unloading to avoid demurrage charges.
- Communicates regularly with purchasing team to correct various inbound order issues and priority scheduling of HOT inbound shipments
- Works with IT department to test receiving processes and details to the systems.
- Communicates regularly and professionally with carriers.
- Assists auditors by providing documentation per requests.
- Follows all policies and procedures, best practices, and OSHA regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Relevant Work Experience
- 1 year experience in Excel. Prior warehouse management system, specifically Oracle experience is preferred

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand on concrete floor with/without floor mats; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms (which may include above and/or below shoulders). The employee is regularly required to use left and/or right hand for simple grasping, fine work, pushing/pulling. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as well as ability to distinguish changes in shade of color.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate may need the ability to lift and carry up to 20 to 30 lbs. On a rare occasion, may be required to lift up to 50lbs assisted.
