Import Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

• Review On Order Report daily for updates that need to be addressed

• Review shipping documents from Hong Kong office for accuracy

• Analyzing information received from Hong Kong and determine if there are issues to be addressed

• Print and distribute documents to necessary personnel

• Ensure that production schedule is inline with customer required dates

• Work with HK office to schedule shipments based on required dates

• Maintain delivery orders for containers being delivered to port

• Ensure pickup and delivery of containers once delivered to port

• Tracking of samples required from Hong Kong office

• Receive production samples from Hong Kong office

• Process samples once received for customer review

• Package and ship customer samples

• Creating necessary documents to go to Hong Kong office

• Maintain files such as container documentation, delivery documentation, bills of lading and arrival notices

• Verify invoicing received prior to delivering to the AP department

• When required work with Adobe Photoshop

• Strong Excel skills required

• Strong computer skills
