Job Description
A New York City-based entertainment organization is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Implementation Technician to their team.
Responsibilities:
The Implementation Technician will be responsible for transforming documentation and direction from the Implementation Manager into finished physical product, either by fabrication (or removal) of cable assemblies and installation (or evacuation) of equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in integration / installation of in Broadcast Television and Structured IT systems integration
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Good experience working with cable installation hardware tools - general hand tools, light power tools, electrical-, optical- based test equipment
- Strong knowledge of building plans/layouts/blueprints
- Working knowledge AutoCAD and Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge of cable management and cable fabrication, termination, testing
- Experience in Quality Control / Assurance
- Experience with Electrical / Cable Wiring
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as System Integrator
