Job Title: Implementation Team Lead
ADP is hiring an Implementation Team Lead. In this position you will provide mentoring and support to new and existing associates to promote quicker implementation readiness and execution on all process and procedures. Provides leadership support to Implementation Executives by assisting with escalations and resolution, and other day-to-day tasks, as deemed appropriate. Develops and trains associates and shares performance feedback to Regional Implementation Executives and Implementation Technical Leads.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Associate Development: Assists in the administrative management of associates, including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, training, mentoring, coaching, ongoing support, and performance management. Provides instruction for new associates during initial assignments to ensure proper execution of implementation methodology. Provides guidance for tenured associates to collaborate in identifying best solutions for client and product sold. Provides overall help and support to all team members. Provides recommendations for associate talent development including assistance in establishing and overseeing individual development plans (IDPs). Participates in discussions on associate talent / 9 Box reviews. Helps facilitate and demonstrate product rollouts or system enhancements, creates specific booster training based on Team needs, and promotes ongoing product and process usage for accuracy and validation. Collaborates with Implementation Executive to assist in conducting regularly scheduled regional team meetings.
- Troubleshooting and Quality: Assists in managing and supporting client escalations to resolution. Provides first level support for technical and system issues for associates. Conducts and reviews audits to ensure quality and accuracy of teamwork performed. Reviews required associate checklists for successful transition to service. Meets regularly and collaborates with other Team Leads to ensure consistency and standardization across the Implementation organization. Partners with ITLs for continuous awareness on upcoming solutions/releases impacting Team.
- Client Support: Assumes the Implementation Specialist or Implementation Consultant role (or both) of implementing business on a quarterly basis or as business needs require. Handles defined responsibilities of role to ensure a successful implementation project.
- Feedback: Provides Implementation Executives with feedback on associate progression, account accuracy, and Intact Team cohesion. Provides Implementation Technical Leads with feedback on process opportunities and changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years people leadership experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a project management environment
- Minimum of 5 years client service experience
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with major area of concentration in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience required.
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SPRH, FPC, CPP or PM
