As our Implementation Consultant, you will...
Be Accountable and Responsible
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the design and delivery of marketing resource management and work management solutions (and related) for leading global brands. You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure that those results will be sustained. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, hands-on contribution by managing projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics and preparing communications to report back to clients and internal leadership. You will develop trusting relationships with clients and be seen as a specialist in implementation and delivering results.
  • Provide a great relationship experience for all assigned clients and assist clients in deploying off-the-shelf packaged applications
  • Ability to apply contemporary management and process thinking, including Agile and Lean
  • Work closely with Account Managers and consult with other team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to ensure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness
  • Maintain client contact and provide status updates for all excellent issues while continuing to manage client expectations, keeping clients satisfied, and ensuring expectations are realistic
  • Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, manage, and upgrade our cloud-hosted offering and drive continuous improvements into the management system to support these areas
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively

These are the qualifications we're looking for
  • 3+ years of related experience consulting experience is required
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in owning the management of enterprise project management software, Workfront
  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with process and organizational transformation
  • Experience with marketing technology, preferably resource management, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, planning, and budgeting
  • Specific experience with Workfront, Aprimo, PowerBI, Allocadia, Seismic, and Tableau is a plus
  • Experience leading the full lifecycle of a project or workstream: Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, and Testing
  • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
  • Experience in the delivery of medium to large-scale digital transformations, with integrated business planning preferred but not required
